Hon. Angelina Mabula, Minister of Lands, Housing, and Human Settlement Development, has urged stakeholders to educate citizens about fraudulent investors. Speaking on March 28th, 2022, in Dodoma, she appealed to stakeholders to educate citizens to be aware of promises given by investors against their lands. Citizens in some areas have agreed to set aside land for investments in exchange for investors’ promises to build schools, health centres, and other public facilities. “Not all investors are trustworthy. Most have failed to honour their promises.”
